Katja Rantala

Katja Rantala serves as the Global Head of People Partnering for Product+ at Wolt since June 2023, where leadership encompasses the development and execution of impactful people strategies. Prior to this role, Katja led talent management at Wolt, implementing a new performance rating scale for around 4,000 employees globally. Experience includes serving as Director of People & Culture at Utopia Music, overseeing HR operations during a rapid expansion, and working as a Global Senior HR Business Partner at Unity Technologies. Previous positions include Head of People and Culture at HiQ Finland, HR Manager at Ovenia Group, and HRD Manager at Securitas, with a foundational background in recruitment and training. Katja holds advanced degrees in social politics and management, along with ongoing studies in computer and information sciences.
