Moniek Stam

Moniek Stam is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Interim Legal Counsel at Utrecht Holdings and Eindhoven University of Technology since February and May 2024, respectively. As the owner of Legalreason since August 2019, Moniek operates as an independent legal counsel. Previous roles include Interim Jurist at Groene Hart Ziekenhuis, Interim Legal Counsel TTO at Erasmus MC, and Legal Counsel a.i. positions at Wageningen University & Research and Luris. Moniek has a solid background in legal compliance from a role at Roche Diagnostics Nederland, focusing on GMH, MedTech, and MDR/IVDR implementation.
