Jan-Paul van Staalduinen

Jan-Paul van Staalduinen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information technology and management across various sectors, currently serving as a member of the supervisory board at Lucas Onderwijs since March 2025 and as CIO and Director of Information and Technology Services at Utrecht University since February 2021. Prior roles include managing the Information Management department at Delft University of Technology and overseeing educational projects focused on online learning and data analysis. Jan-Paul has also contributed to public administration as a member of the States-Provincial for Provincie Zuid-Holland and as Vice Mayor of Gemeente Midden Delfland. An academic background includes a Ph.D. in Education and Games and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering and Policy Analysis, both from Delft University of Technology.
