Maike van 'T Laar

Maike van 't Laar is an experienced online marketer currently serving at Universiteit Utrecht in the Alumni Office and Utrechts Universiteitsfonds since June 2023, focusing on the development and execution of online marketing strategies. Prior to this role, Maike van 't Laar worked at Rode Kruis Nederland from August 2020 to May 2023, holding positions including Junior Fundraiser for the Private Market, Project Staff for the national fundraising week, and Project Coordinator for 3FM Serious Request. Earlier experience includes coordinating daily operations and overseeing staff at Zwembad de Krommerijn from May 2017 to August 2020, as well as serving as Treasurer for USZ&WF Het Zinkstuk and a member of the Educational Committee for the Media and Culture program at Utrecht University. Maike van 't Laar holds a Master's degree in Creative Industries (cum laude) from Radboud University and a Bachelor's degree in Media and Culture from Utrecht University, along with a VWO diploma from Milton Peters College. Additionally, Maike van 't Laar is currently pursuing marketing education at the NIMA (Nederlands Instituut voor Marketing) since March 2023.
