Sergej Katus

Sergej Katus is a seasoned professional in privacy management and data protection, currently serving as a Partner at Privacy Management Partners (PMP) since October 2013, where support is provided to various sectors in achieving compliance with data protection legislation, particularly the GDPR. In addition, Sergej Katus holds multiple Data Protection Officer roles for various municipalities and organizations, including Gemeente Zeist, Gemeente Hilversum, and KNLTB, among others. Since March 2021, Sergej Katus has been a Data Protection Officer and Visiting Lecturer in Law and Technology at Utrecht University, focusing on the GDPR within EU public law. Educational qualifications include an LLM in ICT and Law from Utrecht University and ongoing studies at KU Leuven.
