Veronica Gonzales is the current SVP of Governmental & Community Relations at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Veronica has also served as the Vice-President of University Advancement at The University of Texas-Pan American from July 2012 to October 2014, and as a State Representative for District 41 in the State of Texas from January 2005 to June 2012. Ms. Gonzales began their career as a partner at Kittleman, Thomas & Gonzales in August 1991.
Veronica Gonzales has a Juris Doctorate from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Texas State University. Veronica is also certified as a mediator from the Center for Public Policy Dispute Resolution.
