Abhisek Roy

Abhisek Roy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and team management. Currently serving as Associate Director of Digital Solutions at Utthunga since May 2024, Abhisek leads a team of over 20 skilled employees. Previously, at Cairn Oil and Gas from June 2013 to May 2024, key roles included Deputy Manager of Digital Transformation, where Abhisek implemented a Digital Twin project for asset efficiency and optimization, as well as Deputy Lead Production and Senior Production Engineer in Power and Utilities, leading teams of up to 100 professionals for sustained plant operations. Abhisek earned an Executive Program in Digital Transformation from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat.
