Balasubramani Balaiah has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Balasubramani started their career in 1996 as a Senior Consultant for ICIM/Zensar. In 1998, they moved to Hexaware as a Senior Consultant. In 2001, they joined Keane as a Principal Consultant and implemented eBusiness solutions and developed deployment architectures. In 2005, they moved to GE Healthcare as a Systems Architect, managing a global team supporting Connectathon/HIMSS projects. In 2012, they joined Nielsen as a Principal Architect and was hand-picked to head large program deliveries architecture. In 2017, they moved to QuEST-Global (GE Transportation/Wabtec) as a Principal Architect and provided enterprise architecture technical leadership for the transformation of the transportation vertical from traditional to digital industrial vertical. In 2019, they joined The Shortest Track as an Enterprise Architect and initiated and designed Azure-based solution development. In 2020, they were promoted to Vice President of Engineering at The Intelligence Exchange (formerly Shortest Track) and led architecture, tech stack selection, and development of Analytics Management Platform (AMP). In 2022, they joined Uturn Data Solutions as the Head of Data & Analytics Practice and built the Data Acceleration Partner Program (DAPP).

Balasubramani Balaiah obtained their MBA from Dominican University in 2005, where they studied General Management. Balasubramani also obtained their BE from Anna University in 1996, where they studied ECE.
