Brian Monroe

Brian Monroe has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Mercyhurst University. Brian has worked at Utz Brands, Inc. since January 2014 and at Bon Appétit Management Company from October 2010 to March 2013. At Utz Brands, Brian has held various titles including Sales Operations Director, Zone Sales Manager, District Sales Manager, among others. At Bon Appétit Management Company, Brian served as Chef du Cuisine and Sous Chef, where Brian managed culinary operations, expanded culinary programs, supported management staff, and was responsible for menu development and production for catering department.
