Crystal Wu is a seasoned professional in logistics and operations, currently serving as the Customer Logistics Manager at Utz Brands, Inc. since October 2023, where responsibilities include leading initiatives to enhance customer KPIs for Walmart and Sam's Club. Prior experience includes directing operations analytics at Mason Dixie Foods, implementing ERP systems, and managing supply chain operations for automotive manufacturers at ICL, Inc. Crystal started the career as a freight rate logistics analyst at Volkswagen of America and has held various analytical roles, including business analyst for a USDA project.
