Rebecca Moncher

Rebecca Moncher has over 25 years of experience in various leadership roles in supply chain management and logistics operations. Rebecca is currently the VP of Supply Chain Planning & Logistics Operations Excellence at Utz Brands, Inc. Prior to that, they worked at Campbell Soup Company as the Director of Meals & Beverage Distribution Operations & Strategy. Rebecca also has experience at Pinnacle Foods, where they held multiple positions including Director of Customer Logistics, Director of Commercialization, Director of Continuous Improvement, and Director of Distribution. Earlier in their career, they worked at GENCO, a FedEx Company, as the GM of a third-party facility, and at Tech Data as the Director of Distribution. Rebecca began their career at Fisher Scientific as the Northeast Director of Distribution. Throughout their career, Moncher has achieved significant results, including improving service levels, reducing costs, and generating savings through process improvement initiatives.
