Richard Canavan

Richard Canavan is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial analysis and product control. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Analyst in the FP&A department at Utz Brands, Inc. since November 2021, Richard previously held multiple roles at Morgan Stanley from March 2015 to October 2021, culminating as Director of Fixed Income Product Controller. Prior roles at Morgan Stanley included Associate and Analyst positions in Fixed Income and Treasury Capital Markets Controller. Earlier experience includes labor and basic bookkeeping roles with T.C Securities and M&B Accounting Services, respectively, following a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting with Corporate Finance from the University of Guelph. Additionally, Richard served as an Assistant Coach for the University Volleyball Team, applying analytical skills and strategic insights to enhance team performance.
