Shannan Redcay

Shannan Redcay is currently the SVP, Innovation & Value Creation at Utz Brands. Prior to this, they were with WhiteWave Foods as the Director - R&D, Dairy + (Horizon) from February 2006 to March 2015. Before that, they were with Leprino Foods as a Whey Protein Scientist from May 2005 to February 2006 where they were responsible for the development of novel functionally and nutritionally and value-added whey products, as well as the practical utilization of these ingredients in consumer packaged goods.

Shannan Redcay has a Master of Science in Food Science from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Purdue University.
