Janani Dias

Janani Dias is a Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Executive at UUDS AERO since May 2024, having previously held the position of Human Resources Assistant. Prior to this, Janani worked at Synopsys Lanka (Pvt) Ltd from February 2021 to February 2024 as a Human Resources Executive. Janani also gained experience as a Learning and Development Intern at John Keells Holdings PLC from October 2019 to March 2020, where responsibilities included scheduling trainings and coordinating training programs. Janani holds a Bachelor of Business Management in Human Resource (Special Degree) from the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka, completed in 2020, and recently obtained education from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2023. Additionally, Janani is an AAT Passed Finalist.
