Kate Harris

Kate Harris, BSHA, RACR, currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at UVA Health in Northern Virginia and Culpeper since July 2022, focusing on registered nurse recruitment. Previously, Kate held the position of Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Inova Health System from February 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included attending events, interviewing RN new graduates, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing job requisitions. Kate also communicated with hiring managers regarding onboarding and updated various platforms with hiring event information. Kate earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Stratford University.
