Katie Repsher

Katie Repsher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and project oversight, currently serving as the Director of Operations and Senior Program Manager at UVG since March 2014. In this role, Katie manages post-award compliance for multi-million dollar government grants, oversees proposal teams, and conducts funding opportunity research. Previously, Katie held various positions at Ceridian, including Business Analyst and Training Manager, where responsibilities included developing business requirements and training clients on talent acquisition software. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate Account Executive at Travelers Insurance, managing environmental lawsuits and analyzing insurance coverage. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cognitive Science and Psychology from the University of Virginia.
