Ofer Dvir

Ofer Dvir is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Country Director for India at UVision Air Ltd. since August 2021, Ofer also owns O.D.I-Projects since January 2012. Previously held significant roles at Global-CST, including COO and Projects Manager from July 2009 to December 2011, and R&D Director from December 2006 to 2009, where responsibilities encompassed project management, product planning, and development. Ofer's early career included a position as Head of Doctrine & Training at I.D.F from 1979 to December 2006. Ofer Dvir holds a BA in Political Science and Government from the University of Haifa, obtained between 1987 and 1992.
