Fiona Tabraham

Fiona Tabraham is an experienced executive and leader in skills development and talent management, currently serving as the UVU Africa Executive Board Director since July 2018. Under this role, Fiona oversees initiatives that drive inclusive growth in Africa's digital economy through innovation and technology. Previously, Fiona held the position of Chief Executive at CapaCiTi, South Africa's digital career accelerator, and worked as Head of Skills and Development at Woodrow Consultancy. Fiona's extensive experience also includes various leadership roles at Network Rail, where significant workforce pipeline strategies and talent development initiatives were implemented. Fiona holds multiple degrees in project management, human resources, and physiotherapy from reputable institutions.
