Karen Ensastegui Salazar

Karen Ensastegui Salazar is an accomplished marketer and project manager with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Project Management for the UW American Marketing Association, Karen has successfully managed projects, facilitated client communications, and led a team of consultants. As Marketing Director for tedxatuofw, Karen launched a highly impactful social media campaign, achieving significant audience engagement. Previous roles include Public Relations Intern at TMpr, where Karen secured high-profile media placements, and Vice President of Marketing for the UW Undergraduate Business Council, driving ticket sales and engagement for events. Educationally, Karen is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Entrepreneurship at UW Foster School of Business, building on previous studies at Peninsula College and Forks High School.
