Erin Bykowski serves as the Financial Inclusion and Education Manager at UW Credit Union since July 2019, previously holding the role of Financial Educator. Erin has an extensive background in financial literacy education, having been the Director of The Forward Learning Institute of Financial and Economic Literacy at Edgewood College from May 2007, and also holding various roles there including Director of Financial Literacy Services and National Institute of Financial and Economic Literacy Program Director. Additional experience includes a Lecturer position at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Human Ecology from January 2021 to January 2022 and the role of Marketing and Design Intern at Walnut Hallow from 2004 to 2006. Erin holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Higher Education Administration and a Master of Arts in Education with a focus on Financial and Economic Literacy, both from Edgewood College, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing, Business Management, and Graphic Design.
