Grace Fernando

Grace F. currently serves as the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager at UW Credit Union, a role held since September 2021. Previously, Grace held multiple positions at American Family Insurance from 1999 to 2021, including Inclusive Excellence Advisor and Senior Planning/Program/Portfolio Manager. In 2017, Grace was a Loaned Executive for the United Way of Dane County, where successful campaign management for workplace giving initiatives was achieved across 22 accounts. Earlier career experience includes roles as an Executive Sub-Editor and Journalist at Singapore Press Holdings from 1993 to 1999. Grace holds a Master of Arts in Mass Communications from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications & Image Studies from the University of Kent.
