Madeline Umscheid is a seasoned software engineering professional with expansive experience in management and development. Currently serving as Software Engineering Manager II at UW Credit Union since January 2025, Madeline previously held roles at CloudZero, where responsibilities included Senior Software Engineering Manager and Software Engineering Manager from February 2021 to January 2025. At Epic, from August 2014 to February 2021, Madeline excelled as Product Lead and Development Team Lead for various healthcare technology products, alongside prior experience as a Software Developer. Madeline's early career included roles as a Writing Tutor at Hamilton College and a Software Development Intern at Source Water Solutions, LLC, as well as a Service Desk Analyst Internship at Virteva. Madeline earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics with minors in English and Computer Science from Hamilton College and completed a semester abroad at The University of Edinburgh in the School of Informatics.
