Henggang Cui

Henggang Cui is a seasoned professional in software engineering and machine learning, currently serving as Software Engineering Manager II at Latitude AI since April 2024, leading the Perception Applications team for Ford vehicles. Previously, Henggang was with Motional as Principal Engineer Team Lead and Senior Manager from January 2021 to April 2024, where the focus was on behavior prediction and ego trajectory generation for self-driving cars. Henggang's experience includes a role as Senior Software Engineer at Uber Advanced Technologies Group from June 2017 to January 2021, specializing in deep learning models for object detection and trajectory prediction. Prior to that, Henggang held a position as Graduate Research Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University, earning a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering, with research centered on large-scale machine learning systems.
