Kelly Andersen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and governance. Since October 2025, Kelly has served as an Independent Board Director on the Alumni Association Board at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, focusing on alumni engagement and strategic outreach. In addition, Kelly has been an Independent Board Director at CP - Learning What's Possible since 2021, providing strategic guidance for programs aimed at empowering individuals of all abilities. As co-founder of Northbound Benefits, LLC, Kelly cultivates a diverse portfolio emphasizing creativity and quality. Previously, Kelly held various high-level roles at Schneider from June 1993 until retirement in May 2025, culminating as Senior Director of Sales Leadership, where strategic direction and operational excellence were prioritized. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Denver and bachelor's degrees in Organizational Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
