Matthew Grzybowski

Matthew Grzybowski is an experienced Technical Program Manager at UW Health, focusing on the development and maturation of processes for gathering and reporting departmental metrics within the IS Department. Previously, Matthew served as a Senior IS Service Management Analyst, improving service management practices in alignment with ITIL standards. Prior roles included Manager of IT Service Process at Quartz Health Solutions, where Matthew advanced ITIL processes and fostered stakeholder relationships, as well as Supervisor of IT Service Support at TDS®, overseeing ITIL process implementation and project testing. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
