Nadia Hookham

Nadia Hookham has a diverse range of healthcare administration experience, spanning over 15 years. Nadia began their career at Dean Clinic as a Registration/Scheduling Coordinator and eventually progressed to roles such as Operations Project Manager and Frontline Process Improvement Supervisor. At Dean Clinic, they also served as the Manager of the Centralized Clinical Contact Center, overseeing staff and quality assurance programs.

Hookham then transitioned to Sauk Prairie Healthcare, where they held positions as Clinic Manager and Clinic Operations Director for Primary Care Services. In these roles, they focused on improving performance, quality, and operational excellence within the organization. Nadia collaborated with colleagues on strategic plans and initiatives and ensured the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Currently, Hookham works at UW Health as the Director of Ambulatory Operations - Surgical Specialties. Nadia manages multiple surgical specialties at various locations and oversees a large clinical team. Their responsibilities include creating and managing an annual operating budget of approximately $25 million while achieving company objectives.

Throughout their career, Hookham has consistently demonstrated effective leadership, planning, and coordination skills to drive operational and clinical improvements.

Nadia Hookham pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Cardinal Stritch University. Nadia completed this program from 2003 to 2007. Following their undergraduate studies, Nadia decided to further enhance their education by pursuing a Master's degree. Nadia enrolled at Cardinal Stritch University once again, this time for a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) program. Nadia successfully completed their M.B.A. from 2008 to 2010.
