Marie Moeller

Marie Moeller is a Professor of Professional and Technical Writing at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, where contributions span areas including feminist mentorship and leadership, medical writing, and disability studies. Moeller's experience includes serving as Associate Dean of the College of Arts, Social Sciences, and Humanities, overseeing various administrative responsibilities. The academic journey includes roles such as Interim Dean, Interim Chair of Art, and Chair of the Department of Global Cultures and Languages, focusing on program development and departmental culture. Prior to UWL, Moeller was an Assistant Professor of English at Fayetteville State University and has an extensive educational background with a PhD in English Studies from Illinois State University. Continuous professional development includes participation in programs such as the HERS Institute and the Harvard Graduate School of Education Management Development Program.
