Kenneth K. Mwenda serves as an Extraordinary Professor of Law at the University of the Western Cape since June 2022, while concurrently holding the position of Program Manager at the World Bank since December 2004. At the World Bank, Kenneth K. Mwenda leads the Disclosure of Interests program for the Board of Executive Directors and manages approximately $2.3 million annually through the Voice Secondment Program. Kenneth K. Mwenda has held various senior roles, including Acting Director of the Corporate Affairs and Administration Division and served as Senior Counsel in both the Integrity and Legal Vice-Presidencies, where extensive legal and transactional work has been conducted across multiple regions. Additionally, Kenneth K. Mwenda has been involved in academia as an Adjunct Professor at American University Washington College of Law and as a Visiting Professor at several other institutions. Educational qualifications include multiple advanced degrees in Law, Business, and management from prestigious institutions such as Harvard, Stanford, and Oxford.
