Leslie Richards

Leslie Richards is a Senior Faculty Officer at the University of the Western Cape since September 2015, responsible for overseeing academic administration for both undergraduate and postgraduate programs while supervising a team of faculty and administrative staff. Previous roles include Acting Faculty Manager and Coordinator of Academic Administration in the Deputy Registrar's Office, focusing on student application processes, data integrity, and calendar compilation. Additionally, Leslie has served as a Committee Officer for academic planning committees and held various administrative positions, alongside experience as a Control Room Operator at Cape Automation Systems. Education includes ongoing doctoral studies in Ethics and a Master's in Development Policy and Practice, complemented by honors and bachelor's degrees from the University of the Western Cape and the University of Cape Town.
