Angelleath James

Angelleath James is a lecturer at The University of the West Indies, beginning in January 2024, and serves as a tutor since September 2022. With ongoing experience as an Existential Therapist at JANEXCO since May 2021 and as a Peer Support Moderator at Supportiv since July 2020, Angelleath brings a strong background in mental health support. Previous roles include Project Manager at FIWI CAPITAL from February 2021 to June 2022 and Assistant Language Teacher through the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program(me) (JET) from July 2017 to July 2019. Early career experience includes serving as a Customer Service Representative at VIP Attractions from October 2014 to July 2017. Angelleath is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Ethnobotany and Ethnobiology at The University of the West Indies, having completed a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration (Marketing) and Psychology, all from The University of the West Indies, Mona.
