Michelle Samaroo-David has extensive experience in academia, currently serving as an Administrative Assistant, Assistant Lecturer, and Part-time Assistant Lecturer at The University of the West Indies since April 2003, and as a Tutor at SITAL College of Tertiary Education Limited since June 2025. Michelle's educational background includes a Master's degree in Management Studies with a specialization in Human Resource Management from The University of the West Indies, as well as various certificates in Project Management, Conflict Resolution, and Facilities Management from esteemed institutions. Additionally, Michelle is a PhD candidate in Human Resource Management at The University of the West Indies, showcasing a commitment to continued professional development and expertise in the field.
