Professor Philmore Alleyne

Professor Philmore Alleyne has served as a full-time Lecturer in Accounting at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, Barbados, since August 1999, holding the titles of Professor and Senior Lecturer in Accounting. With expertise in undergraduate courses including Financial Accounting and Auditing, Professor Alleyne also operates as Managing Partner at Philmore Alleyne & Co, Chartered Accountants, a role maintained since January 1992. A chartered accountant and fellow of the UK's ACCA, Professor Alleyne is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados, with a practicing certificate for external audits. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Accounting and an MBA in Management from the University of Bradford, as well as a BSc in Accounting from the University of the West Indies.
