Alex Newbigging

Alex Newbigging currently serves as Deputy Chairman at UWS and as an Investor at 24Haymarket. In addition, Alex is pursuing an Executive Masters in Cultural Leadership at the Royal Academy of Arts in collaboration with Maastricht University. Previous experience includes roles such as Chief Executive Officer at Jardine International Motors Ltd and Director at Jardine Matheson. Alex has held senior positions at Jardine Cycle & Carriage Ltd and Jardine Engineering Corporation, as well as leadership roles at IKEA in Hong Kong and Taiwan. Alex's educational background features executive programs at Stanford University, MIT Sloan School of Management, Harvard Business School, INSEAD, and a Master's degree from The University of Edinburgh.
