Frank Guo

Frank Guo is the Founder and Principal at UX Strategized. Frank has over 10 years of experience in User Experience Research and has worked with some of the world's largest asset management companies. Prior to UX Strategized, Frank was the User Research Lead at BlackRock and the Manager of Web Research at Barclays Global Investors.

At BlackRock, Frank oversaw global user research, managed all digital user research programs and vendors, and led web marketing research. Frank was also a key UX contributor to the award-winning BlackRock iPhone app.

At Barclays Global Investors, Frank set up and led the user research practice, managing all of the firm's digital research programs and vendors. Frank also led UX research to shape the navigation redesign of iShares.com, which was ranked by users as the No.1 site in the exchange traded fund (ETF) industry (source: Kasina).

Frank Guo received their PhD in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles. Frank also has a BA from Shenzhen University.
