Rory Madden is a Co-Founder of UXDX, a company established in 2016 that aims to demonstrate the benefits of adopting new practices and implementing Lean and Agile methodologies in enterprise environments. Prior to UXDX, Rory worked as a Mobile Programme Lead at Aer Lingus, where they led teams responsible for the development of mobile apps, mobile web, web improvements, and B2B products. Rory also facilitated the transition from projects to products, focusing on business and customer value rather than time, cost, and scope metrics. Before Aer Lingus, Rory worked as a Program Manager at Ryanair, managing a team and implementing back office systems using Lean principles, Scrum, Kanban, and Continuous Integration/Delivery practices. Rory also founded a mobile app business called Twainers, following the Lean Startup methodology and overseeing team formation, product validation and development, budget tracking, and partnership management. Prior to that, Rory worked at SMS Management & Technology as a Consultant, where they contributed to defining CRM market offerings and developing CRM strategy for organizations. Rory also served as a CRM Project Manager at Stockland, managing the implementation of a CRM system and Business Intelligence reporting platform, as well as a Business Analyst at Stockland and a Business Architect at Westpac. Rory's experience also includes serving as a Business Analysis Lead at the Department of Human Services in Victoria, Australia, and as a Senior Consultant and Pre-sales Consultant at Bright Blue Solutions.

Rory Madden attended Trinity College Dublin from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a First Class Honours degree in Computer and Electronic Engineering. Additionally, they obtained a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification from APM Group and an ITIL v3 Foundation Certification from Axelos.
