Kuldeep Kelkar

Kuldeep Kelkar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user experience research and design. Currently serving as Senior Partner for Experience Insights at UXReactor since October 2023, Kuldeep previously held the position of SVP Services at UserZoom from November 2015 to July 2023, where Kuldeep played a pivotal role in establishing services that led to significant business expansion and a remarkable 10X growth, culminating in an $800 million valuation exit in 2022. Prior to UserZoom, Kuldeep was Senior Director at Tata Consultancy Services, leading a global user experience and design practice, and held various roles at PayPal from 2004 to 2014, including Director of User Experience & Design, where Kuldeep significantly improved global user engagement. Earlier career experiences include positions at KLA-Tencor and Icon Medialab, focusing on usability engineering and user-centered design. Kuldeep holds a Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction from Clemson University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Nagpur University.
