Leonardo Aguilera Leite is an experienced commercial leader with a proven track record in financial solutions, currently serving as Head Comercial e Produtos at UY3 since February 2023, after previously holding the position of Gerente comercial at the same company from September 2021 to December 2022. In these roles, Leonardo specializes in a wide range of financial operations, including FGTS, credit operations, BaaS, structured finance, personal loans, P2P, home equity, car equity, and private payroll loans, along with providing comprehensive banking solutions. Prior to UY3, Leonardo held multiple positions at BMP MONEY PLUS from March 2019 to September 2021, including Gerente comercial, Analista comercial, and Analista de cobrança. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho, completed from 2015 to 2019.
