Leen Degezelle

Leen Degezelle has extensive experience in the medical field, currently serving as the Administrative Manager for Medical Residents at UZ Gent since September 2017. Prior to this role, Leen worked at UZ Gent from January 2001 to May 2016, initially as a Scrub Nurse, assisting surgeons in various specialties including head and neck surgery, ophthalmology, gastrointestinal surgery, hepatobiliary surgery, and liver transplants. Additionally, Leen held positions as a Transplant Coordinator, Study Coordinator, and Anaesthesiology Nurse, where responsibilities included assisting anaesthesiologists in the operating room.
