Nathalie Belpame

Nathalie Belpame currently serves as the Adolescent & Young Adult (AYA)-care coordinator at UZ Gent since November 2022 and holds a position on the board of VZW Care4AYA since September 2018. Nathalie has extensive experience in AYA care and research, previously working as the AYA research and project coordinator at UZ Gent from May 2016 to September 2022. Additional board memberships include VZW Bamboostic from September 2007 to September 2023 and VZW Daf-Dok from September 2010 to September 2020. Nathalie also contributed as a scientific staff member at Ghent University from September 2012 to September 2016 and as a guest professor at Katholieke Hogeschool Vives during the 2012-2013 academic year. Nathalie's earlier work experience includes roles at Kankercentrum UZ Gent and Stad Gent. Nathalie earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Health Sciences and a Master's in Social Work from Ghent University.
