Stephanie Wille

Stephanie Wille has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor specializing in leadership and team development at UZ Gent since April 2010. Prior to this role, Stephanie held the position of HR Generalist at Fujitsu Services from September 2006 to August 2010, and served as HR Manager at Siemens from June 2001 to August 2006. Stephanie's educational background includes a degree in Coaching, Intervision, and Team Guidance from HOGENT (September 2019 - October 2021), a Master's degree in Multilingual Business Communication from Ghent University (1997 - 1998), and a Licentiate in Communication Sciences from Ghent University (1993 - 1997). Early education was completed at Escola Maria Imaculada from 1985 to 1993.
