Ursula Faison

Ursula Faison has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Ursula started their career in 2011 at New Age In Home Care, where they served as a Director. In this role, they provided services to senior citizens and disabled individuals, generated business through networking and advertising, managed employee scheduling, and trained staff in various aspects of care. Additionally, Ursula started the business from scratch and handled accounting, budgeting, payroll, marketing, data entry, and sales.

In 2013, Ursula joined Emeritus as a Memory Care Director. In this position, they demonstrated expertise in Title 22 regulations, managed residents' care plans, assessed and recruited new residents, maintained regular communication with families, and developed activities for residents with Alzheimer's and Dementia. Ursula also played a crucial role in staff management, training, and evaluating patient care procedures. Furthermore, Ursula successfully created annual goals, objectives, and budgets while minimizing costs.

Starting in 2020, Ursula joined BrightStar Care as a Community Liaison Director. This role involved building strong relationships with the community and promoting the services provided by the organization.
