Geert Hellebaut

Geert Hellebaut is an experienced ICT manager specializing in knowledge management, currently holding a position at UZA since April 1998, where responsibilities also include project leadership in IT. Prior experience includes roles as a software engineer at Ockham Technology from 1993 to 1998, Delaware Computing from 1990 to 1993, and Sydes NV from 1986 to 1990. Geert began a career in the field as an assistant in the Informatics Department at UIA in early 1986. Geert holds a postgraduate degree in applied computer science and business mathematics from the University of Antwerp and a licencié degree in Physics from KU Leuven.
