Karin van der Heijden

Karin van der Heijden is a qualified Klinisch bioloog currently working at UZA since August 2018. Prior experience includes roles as ASO Klinische Biologie at GZA from August 2017 to July 2018, at ZNA - Ziekenhuis Netwerk Antwerpen from August 2016 to July 2017, and at UZA from August 2014 to July 2016. Earlier professional experience includes a position as Groepsassistent thuiszorg at RSZK from June 2010 to December 2012. Karin van der Heijden holds a Master of Science in Klinische Biologie, obtained at the University of Antwerp in 2019, and a Master of Science in Geneeskunde, also from the University of Antwerp, completed in 2014. Additionally, Karin van der Heijden earned a Bachelor of Science in Geneeskunde from the University of Antwerp in 2010 and attended Pius X-college in Bladel from 2001 to 2007.
