Laure-Anne Teuwen

Laure-Anne Teuwen is a dedicated medical oncologist with extensive training and experience in the field. Currently serving at UZA since August 2020, Laure-Anne has also worked with Médecins Sans Frontières as a medical oncologist from September 2022 to January 2023. Prior to this, Laure-Anne completed a Ph.D. in Medical Oncology through a collaboration between CORE-University of Antwerp and VIB-KU Leuven from August 2015 to May 2022. Earlier residencies in internal medicine were undertaken at GZA, ZNA, and UZ Leuven from 2012 to 2015. Laure-Anne holds a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from Faculteit Geneeskunde KU Leuven Faculty of Medicine, completed in 2012, and a Master in Specialist Medicine from the University of Antwerp, awarded in 2022.
