Shinobu Matsui

Shinobu Matsui is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) holder. Following her experience at one of Japan’s leading audit companies, she worked as a consulting manager of the international tax department at PwC for 8 years. She joined Uzabase in 2014 and has since driven many of Uzabase's key projects as the leader of the Corporate Division, including the company’s IPO and M&As. In 2018, she assumed the role of an Executive Officer, overseeing the corporate administration of the entire Group, including HR, legal and general affairs, corporate governance, information security, global payroll and labour management, and PR. Due to family matters, she has relocated to Thailand since 2019 and is now working remotely from Bangkok. Shinobu’s personal mission is to create a suitable working environment that can effectively and efficiently help all employees of the Uzabase group unleash their talents and keep their motivation high.
