Alexander Riedl

Alexander Riedl is an experienced professional in the field of mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as the Head of M&A at UZIN UTZ since October 2024. Prior to this role, Alexander worked as a Projektleiter M&A at Firmenberatung Deininger und Parzer & Collegen GmbH from September 2020 to August 2024, and as a Financial Analyst at M.CONSULT Unternehmensberatung GmbH from April 2019 to September 2020, where involvement in Buy- and Sell-Side projects with annual revenues up to € 50 million was notable. Earlier career experience includes an internship at GDV Gesamtverband der Deutschen Versicherungswirtschaft e.V. in late 2013, which involved supporting association staff in discussions with political decision-makers and conducting research. Alexander Riedl holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Bayreuth, obtained in January 2018.
