Bennet Tan

Bennet Tan is an experienced mechanical professional with a background in the engineering sector. Currently serving as Lead Mechanical at Uzma Engineering since January 2016, Bennet oversees pre-commissioning, commissioning, and maintenance of various equipment, including gas engines and water injection pumps. Prior to this, Bennet held the position of Rig Mechanic at Daya Sheffield Sdn Bhd from December 2011 to January 2016, responsible for maintenance and repair of drilling machinery. A brief freelance role as a mechanic at Brunel Energy in late 2011 involved maintenance tasks for Transocean DWE. Earlier career experience includes working as a mechanical technician at Justrite Service Sdn Bhd from June 2008 to August 2011, supporting maintenance operations on the Murphy FPSO Kikeh. Bennet Tan obtained a Diploma in Automotive Engineering Technology from the Federal Institute of Technology from 1998 to 2001.
