Nor Ashikin Salim

Nor Ashikin Salim has extensive experience in administrative and project support roles, currently serving as Secretary to the Group CEO at Uzma Group since February 2015. In this position, responsibilities include liaising with the board of directors and senior management, managing the CEO’s schedule, and coordinating meetings. Prior roles at Uzma Group included Secretary to the Group Head of Project Delivery, where operational action items were tracked, and Project Service Team Leader, overseeing project management support. Earlier experience included serving as PA Cum Admin & Business Development Executive at Berani Guard Sdn Bhd, providing personal assistance to the GCEO, and managing business development tasks. Nor Ashikin holds a Bachelor (Honours) degree in Human Sciences with a minor in Psychology from International Islamic University Malaysia.
