Agnes Abel, PMP®, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience, project management, and leadership across diverse industries. As the owner of Uzsonnasdobozom.hu since June 2022, Agnes pioneered Hungary's first online shop for bento lunchbox items. Prior roles include Director of Customer Experience and Support at GlobalVision, where Agnes enhanced customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through various innovative initiatives, including the launch of a learning management system and an AI chatbot. With a strong background in customer care management at Passion.io, Typeform.com, and consulting at McKinsey & Company, Agnes has consistently demonstrated expertise in driving process improvements and enhancing customer experiences. Agnes holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Budapesti Corvinus Egyetem and a Bachelor’s degree in Classical Flute from Liszt Ferenc Zeneművészeti Egyetem.
