Uğurhan Büyüközcü

Uğurhan Büyüközcü began their career in 2013 as an Operations Manager for Ozcu Construction, where they were responsible for project management for rough construction services of 32 blocks which served housing for 1300 residents. In 2015, they joined V-Count as Head of Product Management, Senior Product Manager, Product Manager, and Operations Manager. As Product Manager, they collaborated with other departments to achieve business goals, was responsible for Solutions such as: People Counting, MultiCamera Heatmap, Queue Management, Staff Exclusion and Demography Recognition, acted as a customer voice inside the company for product related feedback and advocated for the products, and conducted regular meetings for external and internal stakeholders. As Operations Manager, they managed and monitored KPIs for both Production & Technical Support Department to assess effort and resources, hired and mentored International Technical Support Department, and was hands-on with escalated incident management for presales and aftersales operations. As Production & Technical Support Manager, they hired and mentored Production Department and Domestic & International Technical Support Department, and set up a Ticketing System for daily incident resolving.

Uğurhan Büyüközcü obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University in 2013. Uğurhan then went on to receive a Master's degree in Executive MBA from Koç University in 2021. In November 2021, they were awarded a Certified Product Manager (CPM) from AIPMM The Association of International Product Marketing and Management.
